Development of qualification standards – Expert in catering service
On June 6th 2022, at the Catering School Opatija, a meeting was held in order to development the standard of qualification for the planned, new catering profession – Expert in Catering Service, HKO 4.2.
The working group meeting analyzed the so far written Qualification standard document for catering profession – Expert in Catering Service. All written sets of learning outcomes were analyzed, the process and the evaluation example were verified, and all sets of learning outcomes were verified through the process and the evaluation example. The meeting also defined the material and personnel conditions necessary for a set of learning outcomes to be implemented at a school or catering facility.
The meeting was led on behalf of the Trades College by Mrs Valentina Kiseljak.
