In panels about culinary and catering industry held at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, the topic of excellence in tourism was introduced to the students of Catering and Tourist Schools. Renowned food experts Mr David Skoko, Mr Deni Srdoč and Mr Tino Sinožić talked in the panel about culinary industry, while in the panel about catering industry discussions were lead by experts Mr Franjo Lukež, Mr Domagoj Trusić and Mr Zoran Lukić.
