Development of qualification standards – Expert in catering service

On March 28th 2022, at the Catering School Opatija, a meeting was held in order to develop the standard of qualifications for the planned, new catering profession – Expert in Catering Service, CQF 4.2.

The working group meeting determined the volume for each written set of learning outcomes and the level to which each set of learning outcomes belongs. Furthermore, material and personnel conditions were written for each set of learning outcomes and the sets were allocated to all four years of secondary education.
